The submission process has six stages:

Note: At least one author needs to be registered and the payment received, before the work is included in the Conference Proceedings.
All abstracts should be written in English. Short Papers can be written
in Spanish, but an abstract in English is mandatory.
Presentations at the Conference can be held in English or Spanish,
and simultaneous translation is foreseen.
